A small group of community members have formed with the aim of helping residents who are experiencing difficulty access government and other services. Older residents who need help to access aged care services, and anyone experiencing financial difficulty, domestic violence etc, is welcome to contact the ‘Balingup Staying in Place’ group.
One of their volunteers has experience working in this sector and has offered to operate out of Balingup Community Centre office 9am-12pm on Fridays. See poster.
