Balingup Annual Events
Balingup Progress Association is the umbrella organisation for the following groups and activities, and provides support where required. These events are held each year.
April- The Small Farm Field Day. Information, demonstrations, speakers, machinery both big and small, water tanks, solar, stalls...everything to do with running a small farm. Plus entertainment and food. This event was first held in 1991 and is still relevant today!
May - Balingup Art and Craft Affair. Sponsored by the Balingup Small Farm Field Day, this event has something of interest for everyone. 12th May 2018, 10am - 4pm. Free Entry. View some of the art and craft while keeping up to date on our Facebook Page.
July - Telling Tales in Balingup. Exciting annual children's literacy and story telling event. Held on the middle weekend of the July school holidays. The event is designed for school aged children 4yrs – 14yrs.
August - Balingup Medieval Carnivale. A great day out for the whole family. Full of fun and colour. This event was first held in 1995 and just gets bigger and better each year.
